This has to be the earliest Cushman Truckster ever! It was was made in 1915 by James Madison Coffman and it is powered by a Cushman stationary engine. Could this be where Cushman got the idea to use one wheel in front, two in the rear for most of the Trucksters?


This is a Merrymobile. About 80 were built in the 1950's
and used to deliver ice cream in Memphis, TN. They had
a cushman chassis and engine. This one was found less
the running gear and a gas golf cart was used for power.
